If we ever get the privilege of meeting in person, that will be the first thing I do, give you a hug! I loooooove giving and receiving hugs, so I am preparing you for it now!!
So, Who Am I??
I have so much that I want to share with you but I will not spill all the tea about my life, my passions, and my dreams just yet! You have to join my tribe for all of that!
I will share that I am YOUR biggest Supporter and Cheerleader!! I am also destined to be YOUR guide!
I know you are probably thinking, how is that? I just landed on your page!
Well, I do not believe in mistakes! You and I were connected for a reason!
You see they do not call me "the PolisHER" for no reason!! It is my purpose and my life's goal to help people uncover their true essence! Sometimes all you need is a little bit of polishing to uncover your true essence. This is why I am called the Polisher. I help my clients Lead and Shine bright in all areas of their life.
Why? Because, so many people are living their fears, rather than their dreams. They go through experiences that leave them with a tarnished view of themselves and of the world. I know first hand because that's how I lived my life for many years. For so long I entrusted other people with my happiness, my validation, my worthiness, my time and most importantly my soul’s purpose.
ButThat all changed on June 10, 2016!!!! It was my day of liberation. It was my last day as an employee!
I quit my job to follow my dream of impacting 1 million women and men to Lead and Shine Bright in their life with confidence! This experience has been one of the most liberating and invigorating times in my life. So many people I know look forward to this moment, where they can quit their job and live a life of freedom!
I can't believe I am living my dream!! The beautiful thing is you play a Major role in my Dream!!
I am committed to helping YOU uncover YOUR true Essence, so you can LEAD and SHINE BRIGHT in your life!!
As a Speaker, Best-Selling Author, Coach and Consultant, there are many ways I use my gifts, talents and experiences to serve my Diamonds(Clients/students). Whether it is through my Speak2Market Academy, my POLISHED lifestyle TV show, my Masterclasses, my POLISHED Lifestyle tribe, a livestream, one of my books or a VIP strategy session, my diamonds come out Shining Bright, living in their true essence!!

Sterling Clinton-Spellman is an entrepreneur, visionary. coach, consultant,
speaker, author, mentor, wife, mother, and founder of the Refine, Lead and Profit Incubator, Cultivating Visionaries to Live Profitable Lives by providing them with the tools, resources, network, and accountability.
She earned her bachelor of arts degree in Communications and Business
from the College of New Rochelle in New York and then
her master of science degree in education from Mercy College. After
serving as an educator for many years, she pursued her
dreams of becoming a “mommypreneur.”
Today, she inspires visionaries around the world through her workshops
and seminars that focus on ways to hone God-given gifts and raise self-esteem, all the while becoming socially aware global citizens. She has partnered with over 180
speakers and is the author of four books.
Clinton-Spellman currently resides in Providence,
Rhode Island, with her husband, Russell Spellman, and their two-year-old daughter, Hasana. She and her husband also, deliver delicious meals to their community through the Incredabowls Food Truck.
